I find Signature very helpful in managing bulk activities in the travel industry, like uploading contracts and suppliers, all in one place. It's an ERP system, so I don't need multiple software to run my business. I use a feature that lets me know the number of rooms and services available, so I can manage allotments effectively. This prevents overbooking since once the rooms are fully booked, no further bookings can be made for that room type. I think there are too many clicks to get to one point in Signature. There are a lot of ways to reach one particular point, like for a contract, which feels unnecessary. It would be better if Signature could streamline this. Also, the initial setup is a bit difficult because you've got to understand how it works, especially for people switching careers into the travel industry; they find it hard to understand the software.
