Just put the data and select the data for plotting it . You can generate various types of plots by using this. Piper trilinear and Chadda plot are examples of them . It is impossible to make Piper in any other tool, but Sigma Plot can make it happen . The detail of the pot was on another level. It is a preeminent software suite for scientific and other situations in which data is beyond what a simple bar graph can show and in which advanced statistics need to be applied to make data mean something. The ability to create meanful graphics from pretty much any format of an excel document is very helpful. I used this a lot in my master's program when I was studying business analytics and it saves a lot of time for analysts! It's also a lot easier to use than other similar softwares. The software seems to be made to be used by professionals. For a person who is not familiar with the software, it could be very difficult and frustrating to use it. Difficulty with pasting data from other software (e.g. excel) into Sigmaplot's datasheet, which requires, sometimes, writing or inserting all the data from the bigging, and this could be particularly troublesome if the data to be inserted is large.
