What problems is SIGMA-RH solving and how is that benefiting you?

Has simplified and administrative management of human resource from on boarding to offloading. This has been enabled by automating the task thereby streamlining them. This in turn ensure that work flow is smooth,efficient and up to standard.

Its a time saving software as well as labour saving since execution of various duties is a simplified process. Relationship among employees is maintained and improved as staffs schedule is made possible for all staffs. Following the schedule avoids employees brushing shoulders.
