What do you like best about Sigma?

I love the usability of the system. It is so easy for non-tech oriented people to pick up and use and to even join and create their own reports and dashboards.

Sigma also has an unbelievably great "user chat". Most systems don't help their users to the extent of all of their questions, but the help center that Sigma has is the best I have ever seen, they have so many incredibly knowledgeable agents that figure out your problem in a timely manner every time. What do you dislike about Sigma?

The performance/loading of workbooks and very large datasets sometimes lags when there is a lot of dating that is being loaded, or memory is being used up by another application such as zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sigma makes our data accessible to everyone in our company and gives them an easy way to download, embed to clients, or use themselves for KPIs. It is also great to integrate with slack for exports and seems like there will be some AI workbook creation in the future - which sounds very exciting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
