"SightShark Saves Hours with Reporting and a Great UI"

What do you like best about SightShark?

I like that I can fetch data from multiple sources and store it in my own BigQuery. It also lets me create reports at scale. The UI is great, especially the dark mode. Overall, I’ve saved a lot of hours and money by using SightShark compared to the previous tools I was using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SightShark?

The main area for improvement is that some features take a bit of time to learn and configure, particularly when setting up integrations and customizing reports. A few workflows also feel like they could be more streamlined, with clearer onboarding guidance and a little more flexibility in certain dashboard configuration options. What problems is SightShark solving and how is that benefiting you?

SightShark helps us bring our operational data into one place, rather than relying on multiple systems and manual reporting. It’s made it easier to monitor performance, spot issues early, and understand where time and resources are being lost. The biggest benefit is that our team now spends less time preparing reports and more time acting on the information, with a clearer view of both day-to-day operations and overall performance.
