I think the customer support is really good, very fast responses to queries especially urgent ones. I think Sift are very good at taking feedback as some suggestions to optimise workflows have been put in their new AI update. I also like the UX as I that it's very simple to pick-up. Integrations are well documented so easy for engineers to follow. Performance wise it has very low latency and I think pricing is reasonable especially due to the level of customer support. I think there are a few obvious tweaks that can be fixed, such as including or operators in filters as this is present in workflows. However, I put a feature request for this among a few others, which I am sure they will look at once they are finished with the most recent update. I also think another fix is to allow the model to train itself as Sift blocks the user, that does not train the model, we have to add an additional decision to train it. I think this should be much more simple to allow a hybrid of training itself, but have stronger weighting if an overturn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
