What do you like best about Sift?

I would highlight the ease of interaction between the platform and the user. I believe it integrates well with my company's internal platform, and the interface is user-friendly and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sift?

Sometimes the network section provides somewhat ambiguous information and sometimes the "Review" tab gets stuck, so you have to press F5 to display the queues and user data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is incredible how fraud is mitigated and risks are reduced thanks to the data management and machine learning capabilities powering the platform. It allows for more efficient use of time during daily tasks, and I believe the Sifters community is essential for getting support and gaining a better understanding of the tool.
