What do you dislike about Sideways 6?

One possible drawback is that the platform's effectiveness relies greatly on the company's willingness to follow through on the ideas submitted. If there aren't sufficient resources allocated to assess and put these suggestions into practice, the platform could end up functioning like a digital suggestion box where employee input is overlooked.
