One thing I like is the combination of document organization, category-based records, and search. As more files get added over time, it becomes much easier to keep documents properly arranged and quickly find older records when needed. Instead of searching through multiple folders, I can keep different types of files organized in a way that is easier to manage during regular work. I also find file sharing, collaboration, and permission controls very useful. Some documents need to be shared while others should remain limited to specific people, so being able to manage access from one place helps keep everything more organized.
