What do you like best about SideDrawer?

I value SideDrawer's household-centric permission controls and comprehensive audit trails. Its structured document-request workflows work really well for our firm, allowing me to send bundled requests to entire household groups at once, reducing scattered follow-up emails. The e-signature integration is another feature that streamlines client acknowledgment forms. I also appreciate that SideDrawer’s white-label portals keep our firm’s branding consistent. Overall, these features help centralize secure document requests and manage granular permissions effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SideDrawer?

At Austin Family Wealth Partners LLC, SideDrawer’s REST API can be inconsistent during bulk household vault updates, and its Microsoft 365 sync occasionally drops metadata for trust-related files. Custom reporting for audit trails is limited, so I export logs and clean them up manually. I also wish for configurable alert triggers for permission changes, to reduce manual checks while meeting SOC 2, CCPA, and US financial-services record-keeping rules for our high-net-worth clients.
