I love Shufti for its very good customer support and intuitive back-office UI. Shufti's journey builder is particularly helpful because it lets us configure parameters through an UI, which really cuts down our integration time. I also appreciate the Slack channel with dedicated Shufti personnel for case-by-case discussions and their tech team's responsiveness via email. Instead of coding parameters into API requests, I can use Shufti's UI to set up everything and just use the journey ID for API calls. This makes it really easy to modify Shufti's behavior without having to change our production code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. There's an option for a user to cancel the verification midway, but there's no setting to hide that option. 2. Even when passing the parameter to not decline on a single step, if a user uploads an invalid document, their verification will be declined, and the user doesn't get the chance to fully upload the rest.
