What do you like best about SHRMpro?

the chat feature is the best, if there's anything you don't know how to do, just chat and get it done. It makes it simple to use and access. Since its available on both mobile and desktop, this is good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SHRMpro?

The user interface could have been made better. It's sometimes difficult to search for the activity you wish to perform if you haven't done it earlier. Otherwise everything seems good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SHRMpro solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a long long list of problems that I have solved using SHRMPRO, some of them include- the appraisal and 360 Degree Feedback method, applicant tracking system, and background screening before employing someone in my organization, competency management is another important feature. Some other problems to which I found my solution here include- Dashboard, employee scheduling, candidate tracking, and compensation management.
