It has a very easy to understand user interface
Features tons of paths to show where you need to go
You have access to a very big library of courses
The social section is an excellent place to know where you may find some difficulties on your courses.

Sometimes it is kind of difficult to find a course you need to get, or looking for
There is a compatibility issue with apple's safari, it just simply keep you in a loop on the log in page so, I changed to opera and problem solved.

I was in need of certifications for my current job and Showpad runs the site of it
I got a huge benefit because there is all the courses i need to take in just one single site

the mobile app.  it's great to have all the content available on our phones.

honestly, there aren't a lot of downsides.  possibly compliance with our field team, but that is our issue.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad offer you a new way to introduce your products and services to the client, you can upload your catalogues and datasheets or brochures and share them with clients, The software will send you a notification when the client opened your email and how long did he view it. You may also download the content to view it offline or present it to the client offline via the tablets.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I would like to see the software with an updated interface and more interactive design.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to present the products to clients rather than using a presentation software or a physical flyers, I would use the software to jump smoothly from one topic to another and one product to the next with all the related info in one place.

Showpad is a powerful tool to better engage new joiners with the additional training material, on top of any mandatory training required. The quality of the interactive content is also very positive.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I think you could improve the work done on the Main Navigation Menu, along with subfolders. The interactions to go back and forth from one menu to another are not seamless.

Showpad Content is helping me provide industry insights to my customers, opening new conversations regarding different products of our portfolio, and allowing me to share this content directly with them.

I love that with Showpad you can send information to a prospect or colleague and then see how well they engaged with that content.  The ability to create a shared collaboration space is also highly useful.

Showpad is pretty solid overall - I do feel that the search functions for specific content could be much more reliable.

Showpad aggregates all content under one log in, and easily divides that into categories and specific training, or compliance, or other training.

It's probably specific to my company, but I do not like how the testing and answers are handled. If you miss the answer, finding the correct one is not easy.

For now, Showpad is my main repository of info for the purposes of onboarding as a new DM hire.

With Showpad your proposals can be delivered and tracked with flexible slides and accountability for what is important to any specific recipient/customer.   Knowing when to follow up, and which topics and items seem to be getting traction or that are being missed are all vital elements to a successful result.  Showpad is an incredible resource to utilize in your process for the customer.

With Showpad you can solve message attachment size limits.  The ability and benefit of sending information via clickable links that can be tracked for timed follow-up is a hyper benefit!

I'ts clear & concise with informative demographics, easy to understand. The ability to save useful information into a customizable folder is great for future references.It also helps to create links and able to get notified if they viewed my contents.

Nothing much at the moment but it'll be great to know the person viewing the link provided to them & a great way to follow up with people on their thoughts after sending them the contents for their viewing.

The way that all the information and data on this site is user-friendly, no need to search 20 minutes for a document. All of my clients are already entered on the site, so I can share directly by showpad, and no need to connect on my e-mail.

Missing one or two essential files, but it will come eventually.

Time is always a significant issue. With Showpad, time is your friend. Because when you can share a document, Q1 flyers, and a booking program on the same e-mail, that's awesome.

Our sales team uses this tool every single day. We use it to send prospects additional information and to share content within the organization. Our sales enablement leader suggested we get this tool when he first joined our organization. We switched from another tool and the truth is that our entire experience with Showpad has been professional. The evaluation process was very consultative. Their support team has been amazing. What we loved the most was that this wasn't just any support team, it's a team full of experienced sales enablement professionals that knew what they were talking about. It's an easy-to-use tool that is essential for our sales organization!

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Honestly, we love everything about this tool. However, the only thing I wish we had more control over is the ability to customize the branding of our home pages. Colors, company brand, and domains.

A platform like this can only do well if you have an effective sales enablement team. The more proactive your sales enablement team is, the more effective this tool will be for prospects and for your organization.

The introduction of the content folders for organizing content within the shared spaces has been a HUGE improvement!

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

It would be beneficial to multi-select content pieces for moving within the folders of the shared spaces.  The only way to move content within folders is going one content piece at a time, which is highly time-consuming and subject to user error as a result.  I would also like to "see" what invitees receive as an invite (a cc would be best to see the exact thing the client gets).  It would also be helpful if you could change all of the microsite settings after creation (e.g. name of the site or the ability to change if content may be downloaded.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main one is that I have a safe place for proprietary and confidential information in an area where a client can access the materials, the actions be logged, and I can withdraw access.

What I like most able Showpad is that it allows marketing to quickly get the latest and most up-to-date revisions to the sales team. This is a huge when in staying compliant and also arming our sales reps with best marketing assets.

If you have a lot of assets on Showpad it can be a bit cumbersome for any user to filter through the content. They do have a search feature that helps, but like any library it is sometimes difficult to sort thru all the content.

Great product with lots of features that will help the sales team. If you're looking to give your team all the latest content digital then this product is a great choice.

With Showpad we are able to give our sales reps one single source that they can use daily to find all their marketing and selling needs. This has helped tremendously in reducing the amount of paper printouts they need to carry and give to the client.

The most helpful is access - if everyone uses it, you can suddenly share some of the best assets your company has made effortlessly. The searchability is also lovely.

Sometimes, the product struggles to filter out irrelevant content that is more dated. Because there are so many items submitted, there should be better archive management.

If you're looking at Showpad Content, evaluate how tight you want to keep your branding and potential efficiencies you can realize by having your best content creators decks and content readily available. But also consider how to manage the content base so that everything remains relevant.

Showpad Content saves time in preparing client-facing decks. The overall quality of what we present externally is more buttoned-up, which adds productivity overall.

It provides the opportunity to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales in terms of content and collateral. In the same place, you can access all the latest available material (whitepapers, infographics, Case studies, etc.) and precious Sales insight for specific geographies and industries, bringing actual value to our business. I had the opportunity to leverage this characteristic several times to help me in several deals.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I do not particularly appreciate the Desktop Interface, and I would like to see improvements in terms of speed, available integrations, and rating system for the content. I would also like to see additional features to support easy navigation of the available content.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Showpad through our organization as an effective Sales enablement tool, we also leverage its content to helps us determine whether a potential client is a qualified opportunity or not. This is extremely helpful in deciding where to focus and prioritize our efforts.

I dislike that when I close out of a category it takes me back to the home page instead of the page I had previous selected

Showpad is user-friendly both for marketing admin pages and sales&marketing users/managers. It's very convenient to find up-to-date presentations related to the topic.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

The pricing of the tool was a little higher than the market whereas it's worth paying. The first-time implementation is a little complicated too. This takes lots of time for Marketing Managers.

Showpad allows Sales and Marketing teams to work on the same content with ease and lots of additional benefits.  Marketing teams can follow previous versions of content and Salespeople can easily access latest up-to-date presentations or information.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I love the flexible to design your collections as you want! It's easy to move things around and to understand the platform. This has helped our field staff know exactly where to find all assets. The platform is simple and east to organize as the admin of the page. We can tell our team exactly where to find the assets and they are able to share with their customers. I love that you can see who is sharing and who is looking at wheat is being sent. The reporting section is great to see who internally is looking at Showpad and exactly how many times. You also can see who isn't utilizing the page and use that to help the field. I share with my team monthly the top 5 users and this is an opportunity to showcase who is utilizing the assets and and who should be rewarded for helping our business grow! Showpad is worth the money and has helped my team tremendously! I can not give Showpad enough kudos for helping us get assets out to the field!

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I wish you could change the type of folder from a smart folder to a regular folder. Maybe some published reports we create for pulling reasons. Other than that I do not have any other dislikes.

It is worth the money! The simplicity and ease of use is unlike any other software! Your admin and team will love it.

Getting assets out to the field in a organized manner. My team knows where to go to find everything.

> Hey Madi – Thank you for leaving us such an elaborate review! I'm happy to read you're able to distribute the latest and greatest content to your team in the field, and that you're actively using the reporting to help drive usage and adoption.

At this point in time, it's true that folder types can't be changed with the click of a button due to their nature of being either manually set up vs. automatically created using file tags. However, you should be easily able to quickly create a smart folder similar to your regular folder if all assets stored within the folder are using the same tagging structure. Your Customer Success Manager should be able to share you some quick tips and tricks about this. 

If you're ever curious, we do allow you to create Experiences from folders. I've dropped that link below in case you'd like to read up on this.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The fact that we can monitor our customer's activity is the best part.
Shared space is also a wonderful addition to its existing capabilities
It really helps me a lot during sales presentation and follow up because we understand what customer is looking and then accordingly start our next follow up call.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

That you cannot keep anyone in CC while sending email through Showpad. The showpad application does not contain the shared space and therefore we have to log in to the website to check the shared space which becomes difficult. If the shared space is also shown in the application then it will really be helpful to monitor everything via a single app and not to toggle between app and browsers. Also, there should be an option of background update, especially in the Phone application. When we need to download all the content we need to wait until the whole content is downloaded and cannot move to any other screen otherwise the download is paused. Hence download in the background will really help.

Also, when we update the content there is no mention how much content is being updated on the PC application, it just shows the Red dot which then confuses a lot and does let the user know the status of the download that is going on in the background.

It is an amazing thought app which helps especially sales team all around the world to be one step ahead of your competitors and serve the customer with a customer-oriented approach

One point storage of all the data which can be shared with the customer. Very simple and easy to use UI. Shared spaces help to bring the different customer on a single platform and therefore have an open discussion with the customer

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad has quite a user-friendly and easily digestible UI layout. I find it very intuitive to find the internal and customer-facing content. My favorite feature is the Shared Spaces. I use this for every prospective customer and have received a lot of positive feedback. Instead of sharing content via email here, an email there; they have a one-stop-shop for all of their content. Plus, I can see all of their interactions with the content shared to help gauge interest level.

Showpad is undoubtedly one of the best tools used in my quiver on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Nothing major to note, the platform works great! The only issue I have is finding content sometimes via quick search, but that ultimately has a lot to do with how the admin uploads and tags each file so it can be found, easily, with simple keywords. Other than that, it's easy-peasy.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of keeping shared collateral organized. Full stop. Knowing when people engage with what I share, and who it's shared with. It's a central place for interaction in relevant content both internally and externally.

I've found that it helps me stay in touch with my prospects & customers better while increasing their engagement. It's a win-win!

Internally, I find it's a game-changer for training purposes, particularly when there's an organizational initiative that requires immediate brush-up.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

ShowPad is awesome, I can set up templates for presentations combining slides and videos or I can customize tr tweak presentations to fit a specific or unique audience. The impact of my presentations, the ease of use, and the setups are awesome. What's more, is I can share the presentation with my customers and am alerted to who looks at it and which part of the presentation they reviewed. Highly recommend it, it's worth the investment.

Not much, just a few glitchy app-type stuff that is often easy to work around. However, recent updates have made setup and customizing even easier.

ShowPad is awesome, I do not know what I would do without it. Change is always scary, but once I embraced ShowPad, it became a needed and valuable product. I can set up template presentation slides and videos or customize presentations to my audience. The impact of my presentations, the ease of use, and the setups are awesome. Highly recommend it, it's worth the investment.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I like the ability to create collections but the best thing is probably the notifications when somebody consults a document. This really helps the sales process and enables me to follow up on a customer when I can see he has checked the file.
The collections themselves help save time in sharing the most suitable information.
The Showpad interface is easy to use and intuitive.
The App is a very useful tool as you don't always have your laptop with you when discussing with a customer. I often end up looking up datasheets that are stored on Showpad to share useful information with my customers.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I have had issues where I was unable to add a personnal document to a collection which isn't great. In some cases, you want to share several documents with a client and end up sending several messages due to this.
One of the very few downsides is the fact that you often end up with a very memory-consuming app on your phone and if you don't have a large memory on it, you won't have much space left.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

Add to Showpad any information that you are likely to share with customers but don't forget to add Internal documents to some specific folders of the app that your reps will be able to consult on the go and get back to customers much quicker.

Showpad helps structure sales collateral in a way that makes the various documents easily accessible, sortable and shareable. You don't need to keep everything on your hardrive and it's much easier than going through all your folders with the customer looking at your screen.
You have improved confidentiality too this way.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

A great self-taught learning tool. Allows you to set your own pace and study at your leisure. This in our current racing life is very good. The multimedia features are amazing and allow for more interaction with the content. The great convenience comes from the fact that you can access it whenever you have free time; this is a feature that nowadays, with this pandemic, helps a lot to evolve in the company.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I don't see any negative points, he's good at everything, he doesn't owe anything. The only thing that can improve is having more functions, and being a little lighter. The multimedia control part can also evolve. For example it could have better buttons. A feature that would be amazing to have, to use on slow connections would be the content download, another cool thing would be to be able to define that my videos will always be in high quality.

Use the showpad with certainty and enjoy the great amount of benefits that the system offers you. You will have an experience that will enrich your day and make you more productive. Enjoy the benefits of using one of the largest and most agile self-learning platforms out there.

Showpad is certainly a 2021 tool; the user interface is very slick and easy to use. I like to view the analytics on the different pieces of content, especially when I send a file individually to a prospect - I can confirm that they've seen it. Further, as we use Google for email, we cannot send files over 250MB - as such, I often use Showpad to send multiple large files, and this is fantastic - it is easy to do, and I get the analytics of opens, watch times, etc.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

- There are certain non-intuitive parts about the Shared Spaces 
- There could be more cohesity in the areas where you upload files versus share them 
- Analytics are good but I believe LinkedIn Navigator is a bit more detailed

I went to use shared spaces and I was a bit disappointed in the lack of bulk editing available, specifically, I was hoping to mass add/remove files to subfolders and was unable to do so quickly and easily. Not a huge deal though.

I like how the website allows you to share documents with our customers and provides an insight into how much they interact with different documents and for how long too. Personally, this is from sharing a catalogue with a customer, them not usually opening this type of catalogue and they start to open this and adapt their buying strategy to the current market conditions.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

There are minor downsides to Showpad as the system isn't clunky, slow and not user friendly; the only thing personally I have found is when sharing content previously, the "sharing with Salesforce" box changed locations and slowed the process down, but now I have noticed this box is now ticked automatically so has reverted to the old process speeding things up for me. There is nothing else I don't like about the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

I would recommend this platform as it is a great way of sharing content, accessing content about the organisation you work for, and provides meeting prep support to help speed up preparing for lengthy customer and internal meetings.

The benefits with the platform are to, as mentioned, easier to track customer insight into shared documents, easier to pull together a review meeting pack with current content on the market and business updates. The benefits to the platform make this easier to retrieve PowerPoint templates and meeting minute templates to share the information with the customer in the most professional way.

As a current user of showpad this tool enables me to send lots of data and information in a fast and tracked manner. I get feedback when things have been opened and forwarded so it can be followed up. Important documentation, Information and files can be stored in 1 place and then forwarded many times rather than placing individual documents each time you need to send it out.

Some people are nervous about the agreement to open up the showpad link but it is easily overcome if you let your client know in advance.

Sometimes people need a poke to use this as there are so many other ways to push information but agree Showpad is the best option

Easily replace documents with newer versions
Powerful in tracking any shares you gave out, it even provides detail about which part has been read and for how long.
Continuously new functions are added, even for the basic plan users some useful functions were added.
Easy to use on any platform by using apps or werbrowsers
For us, an essential feature is the offline functionality. Users can easily update their content again when connected to WiFi or 4g.
Can set enough permissions to individual documents

Moving folders in bulk is not possible and has to be done one by one.
When creating experiences with folders and you want to add several documents to specific folders. Then the drag-and-drop is not always the easiest way.

Need a reliable tool to share your documents with your employees and which they can still use when offline? Then think about Showpad.
Showpad focuses on Sales activity, but even if you just need an excellent tool to share any document, video, or photo it is very useful.

In our case, easily share the latest documents as work instructions, manuals, and checklists. Users will get notified and can get the updates directly.
Our users are not using old documents anymore since the introduction of Showpad. It even became a phrase within the company before answering questions: "Did you check Showpad?"

Showpad has been absolutely transformative for our organization and has changed the way that we interact with our customers, prospects, and partners.  Every time we send out a piece of collateral or a proposal we get it from Showpad which allows us to always have the most up to date version and the best part is being able to pull out the analytics on not only what is being used most by our internal employees, but also what's being consumed and how the audience is interacting with the content.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

There's nothing that I dislike.  As with any software implementation, there's a change management aspect and you have to train your company to start using it and all of the benefits to why they should be using it.  But if you can roll this out with a high user adoption, I guarantee your team is going to save time and provide a better experience to the audience.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had content all over the place.  Sharepoint, Teams, Desktop.  Having multiple central repositories led to poor version control.  We also had no way of knowing what our customers were interacting with after we sent content to them and now we know exactly what they're consuming and can drive many important decisions off of this when it comes to new content creation.

The UI interface is straightforward to navigate the new users to choose the classes. The search bar is obvious to get noticed, and easy to search for courses whatever you try to self-learn. In addition, it will also show you how your learning process is going and how much is left for you to pick up when coming back to the website again.

Some of the button sizes are too small to be noticed. I hope show pad could have a customized recommendation in the future based on the stuff you have browsed or have learned. In addition, I hope there would be some features like showing you the most popular courses in the areas you have searched.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I like that the interface and is extremely clean and includes a long list of filters. Very granular with how we're able to filter with how we can drill down by pdf, video, word doc, powerpoint. Very clean when it comes to sifting out the exact content that is desired. We tend to have outdated documents and by listing out the updated date, it allows us to share the most recent information with our peers, customers, partners.

The ease of use with uploading content seems effortless with most our new material covered on field enablement calls are added the same day.  The benefit with this is we're not having to wait long periods to access this and potentially losing out on retaining new information.

The ability to grant access via shared spaces to partners and customers are also helpful when it comes to sharing content.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I would like the search bar to be a bit more accurate when looking for specific collateral.  This could be related to how our internal teams are labeling information but I often have trouble pulling up information when typing in the title of the content I was looking for.  

It would also be nice if the "social" section under the "coaching" tab would be a little more user interactive.  At first glance, it looks a bit bland which could cause some hesitation for users to start a forum/discussion.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

Definitely consider this as a one -stop shop for accessing marketing material, internal content for product releases, platform for training accreditation, as well as a collaborative tool for 3rd party resources.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very consolidated with accessing material.  Before this, we leveraged a shared drive that was cumbersome with digging up older documents.  The filters save a ton of time when it comes to looking for competitive documents, new releases, or some modules within the platform that need our teams need a bit of refreshers on.  

When it comes to customer follow-ups, we may get asked for collateral for different modules within the platform.  Often times, these can also include updates from releases that may still be new.  The added benefit with showpad is it allows us to keep our material up-to-date, without the worry of sending incorrected or outdated information.

The ability to bookmark certain content is also very helpful.  Not all use cases are created equal, however we may seem some larger interest in one area of the platform vs the other, so being able to mark these items that have a ton of momentum saves a ton of time.

Also, we have occassional sales accreditation training requirements here and showpad integrates seamlessy with our courses to record and upload any presentations that need submission.  How the UI is set up allows for easy navigation, toggling between tabs to see any current enrolled courses, statuses, and action items we need to take.

Uploading and managing content is very easy to do.  I also like that the content is available to the entire sales force and can be used to share content with the customers.  It even provides a very convenient vault to store our user manuals where the sales force can get quick and easy access to.  Video contents, which are too large to send as attachments, are now simply links that allow the intended viewer to stream or download.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Companies are becoming very wary of active links in emails, which poses a potential problem to share content with customers by links.  In fact, many companies now have policies against following links.

This is a tremendous step up from the old way of distributing information both internally and externally.

The sales force needs to be prepared with literature to present or to provide to the customers on demand.  Printed literature is static, which gets outdated and then useless.  Furthermore, having electronic literature gives you the ability to take a nearly unlimited amount to a customer site.  Showpad allows for easy, offline or online ways to have the literature with you and to share it.  The ability to create custom presentations by simply pulling the appropriate pages out of various publications is also a huge benefit, making it much easier to present only the material you want to show.

All critical documentation is available to me in a single, safe and secure location; easily downloadable or shareable depending on what you need. When building a strong business case for a prospected client is is important for me to have all of the relevant documents and information in front of the client. Showpad gives me the ability to get all of the required documents in one single place. Prior to having the Showpad platform i was reliant on utilising my email system but was restricted  by number of files and the size of the files.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

When you send an email directly through the showpad web portal, the email used is not your own. This can mean that emails sent via this method can find there way into junk or spam email folders quite quickly. Prior to sending any content directly, it is highly advisable that you are either in contact with the recipient so that they are made aware of the showpad email in advance and can then pull it out of the folder and have it added to their approved list.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

If salespeople are looking for a sales enablements tool to increase pipeline management and sale conversion rates/forecast reliability, this tool is ideal.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given me the ability to manage a sales cycle in full. Sometimes it isn't easy to gauge what level of interest the product or proposal has with a client. Showpad has allowed me to manage each sale stage by giving insights into what my clients find most interesting.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The ability to upload documents, create custom folders, send links or emails directly through the software, tracking customer engagement with those documents. There are too many reasons to list why Showpad works well for us. It's also great to have marketing content pushed directly to my sales team from the manufacturer that is relevant and helpful. Less for me to manage.
My team also loves the ability to browse content by topics under the "experience" provided by SunPower. This allows my reps to quickly jump to topics that are important to the prospective customer with ease. This makes the conversation more natural and impactful with a better chance to close the business.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Not much I dislike on this one. One thing that could be an interesting feature is the ability to create or modify dynamic powerpoints within Showpad. SunPower provides a presentation deck with clickable headers and pages to jump to other sections. I have not seen if this feature is available for a standard user, or if it requires a more premium account.
One additional feature I would like to see added is the ability to upload documents directly into a content "collection" folder. For some reason, we must go to content > my files > upload; then we can select the uploaded document and add it to the collection. It would be nice to cut out the first step in "my files" and just upload directly to a collection and have the file automatically saved in "my files" or at least a pop-up asking if we'd like to also save the file to "my files."

If you can afford Showpad, get Showpad. It's been excellent for sharing and presenting content.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Up-to-date marketing information provided instantly to my sales reps. We can also pull material from their access if necessary. In the past, we have also had difficulty with traditional CRMs like Hubspot to determine whether or not a potential customer has actually opened, clicked, or shared any of the marketing materials sent their way. Showpad allows us to track the time spent on each document down to the individual pages. This has been a great advantage for my reps to know what the prospect cares about most. For example, if they spend 15 minutes viewing details on the system warranty, but only 1-2 minutes on the pricing of the project, we know that the warranty is of utmost importance to this particular customer.

I love that you can create a folder for individual clients to keep all their pertinent info organized and easy to access.  Being able to filter through Salesloft and Gmail makes sending collateral a breeze.

This is not so much a dislike, but I wish that when searching via keywords that the software was a little more intuitive.  It seems that you have to search very precisely as to what the file is named.

problem solved - having all content that needs to be emailed in one complete folder, no more searching your desktop, downloads, drive, etc.. for content

We can share content easier with our customers, instead of just sharing website links. 

We can also see when the customer has viewed this insightful content. As for me, my business performance has increased.

  ### 47. Fantastic tool to share inputs, datasheets, brochures with customers

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Using Showpad on a daily basis saves a lot of time in the search for information usually available on several platforms. The tool makes it easy to share brochures, technical documents and even videos. The fact of having access to it 24/7 anywhere in the world and from any platform is really very practical: the advantage of a cloud-based solution available from a tablet, smartphone or still a desktop computer. Really love to use this solution on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

What I like least about this platform is the lack of integration for the generation of live pdf, a kind of button that would allow you to "print under Showpad" and thus have a pdf ready to use. The compression of the videos is quite low which overloads the spaces but it is not that bad as Showpad is not originally an ftp server.
A search by document extension, I have not yet found it, would also make it possible to perfect the use of this superb tool. SSO login should be implemented by default rather than having to have so many choices each time you log out. I do not use the Showpad application so I do not know if direct uploading of photos is possible, I will test but this function, if not available, would be welcome for mobile use

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

Showpad offers a great customer experience, is easy to use, and is the simplest way to send multiple high-resolution files and videos.

You know how engaged your customer is - and on which products: Showpad notifies you when your email or link is opened, and when you send multiple files and documents, you can see which ones they view, how many times they view them, how long they view them, and whether they download them. You see what they really want to talk about.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the information of knowing who is viewing what you have sent in and when is really very relevant. We also have the ability to find out what they are interacting with in relation to the specific content sent to them. I receive notifications directly by email; this allows me to know who takes the time to browse the documents sent and who is only interested in politeness ... This is very relevant since it goes directly to the validation of the engagement of the client in the professional discussion. Being able to create a library of documents dedicated to the precise use of the relevant recipient: it would be impossible to send so many documents by email, the size would be too large. The download authorization function is important to allow the recipient either only to consult, or also to be able to archive the information. Before using Showpad, I had to look for information in different places; centralizing all the data helps me to be more organized and to save time.
I send a lot of brochures and datashees which facilitates the use of my client, it saves him from having to call me constantly, which saves me a lot of time which is a big advantage for me. As mentioned above, I can quickly start the next conversation because I can see what they watched

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I like the fact that we can organize all our product files and show them through our electronic devices to our customers/colleagues, or even the fact that we can share these files directly through several platforms to these specific customers/colleagues. Moreover, I like that all the images and videos can be shown in good quality resolution through the app and our devices. This app is truly universal as we can use it anywhere, anytime we need for our work purposes or even personal.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

It's not what I dislike, but what I think is missing. What's missing is that we cannot see which customer opened the link we shared with them if shared through a copy-pasted link; we just get notified that someone has opened it and their location if available. Otherwise, the app pretty much covers everything needed for presenting and sharing files.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

Enjoy going through all the cool features of Showpad and organize all your files as you want.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very beneficial during my presentations as I show my customers some videos, images, and even slides through the app. Then after my presentations, I usually send some links to my organized product files to my customers so that if they need to, they can refer back to the shared images, videos, and files. It's also beneficial as my customers can find information quicker without waiting for my response if they message/email me in case they are in a rush.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad layout is one of the best in the market.  It allows users to share information quickly and is at your fingertips.  The quality of the content sending is awesome.  Love that the receiver can share or download my contents.  I love that I have access on my phone, Ipad and computer.  I like that I can build my own content to share and also select pages to send rather that the whole presentation.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

The users don't understand that I am sending it and thinks it's suspicious with the showpad email address.  My customers who don't open the content should get a reminder email or reach out to the sender to validate the content.
Would love if we could make customer groups so I can bulk email the content.

**Recommendations to others considering Showpad:**

More sub categories for catalogs on the splash page

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content is excellent to organize and is quickly found so when I have opportunity to show product on limited time allotment, I can quickly email and share it at the end of the sale.  I have also seen that many recipients do not open the emails and I can follow up.
