What do you like best about Showcase Workshop?

Showcase is an intuitive platform. For the end user, it works like you would expect it to. Screens are easy to navigate on all devices. Clicking on a button lets you see more detail, pinch zoom works as expected, and most web pages and file formats are viewable and interactive within the app. At the end of the day, our team using the app needs a simple and organized platform. Showcase Delivers. For administrators, we can easily manage the content in real time, without relying on several levels of administration or 3rd parties. The development team is responsive to inquiries, and is quick to implement changes to the platform. The end result is a solution that feels boutique and agile. What do you dislike about Showcase Workshop?

Showcase has room to develop flexibility for the admin-level users of the app. Adding flexibility on the back-end would make the process of managing content less time-consuming. For example, the ability to modify folder structure by dragging/dropping would speed up content changes. The need to point each file to a hotspot, which aids in adding organizational specificity, is a potential weakness for the admin-level user who must manage the content. What problems is Showcase Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our existing platform for brand content and business tools had exceeded it's useful life. The website was not optimized for mobile platforms, or field use in general, and was difficult to navigate to boot. We have recently migrated most of our content to the new Showcase platform, and feedback from our customers (franchisees) and field users (franchise consultants and business developers) has been very positive. They appreciate the accessibility of content needed to run their businesses anywhere, without an internet connection.

Our former platform for hosting content required multiple levels of administration, and updates took several days to publish before they reached the field. With the showcase platform, we can manage the content in-house, and publish updates to the field instantaneously.
