What do you like best about Showcare?

What we value most about Showcare is that they feel like an extension of our team rather than an external vendor. Their sponsorship and housing teams take the time to truly understand our society, our members, and our goals, allowing us to collectively tailor their services to meet our specific needs. Their collaborative approach, responsiveness, and commitment to our success make them trusted partners who consistently help us deliver a better experience for our community. What do you dislike about Showcare?

Our only significant challenge was with the membership growth program, which we no longer utilize. While the team clearly had a strong understanding of industry-standard growth strategies, the approach often felt overly scripted and was not well aligned with the culture and personality of our membership community. We provided feedback several times regarding what we felt would resonate more effectively with our members, but the strategy remained largely unchanged. We would have appreciated more flexibility in adapting tactics based on the feedback we provided about our audience. What problems is Showcare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Showcare helped us address one of our biggest challenges: modernizing and growing our sponsorship program in a way that better served both our organization and our sponsors. Working collaboratively, we reimagined our sponsorship offerings, moving toward a more flexible, à la carte model that better aligned with sponsor goals and improved their return on investment. As a result, sponsor satisfaction increased, our sponsorship program became more strategic and responsive to market needs, and sponsorship revenue grew by 41%.
