What do you like best about Shortwave?

it reads all my past emails and can interpret them in my style, not the formatting of regular LLMs exposed to the whole world. this means i can ask it questions specifically pertaining to my own documents and client interactions. and it can also run reports on this info, generate analysis on client profiles, etc. very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shortwave?

What problems is Shortwave solving and how is that benefiting you?

instead of spending hours running data analysis and reporting on clients, shortwave can do it in seconds. very useful if management wants detailed reports on conversations you've had months ago. also great at drafting responses to clients, but i tend to use my own for that as it's so blatantly AI in those cases.
