What do you like best about Shorthand?

I love how easy the platform is to use and how speedy their help service is to help (on the few occasions we have needed it). They have been super accommodating of us and are always willing to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shorthand?

There are a few things we wish we have control over (such as how the responsiveness works and some custom styling), however I know on higher plans this is available, and shorthand . The other thing I have found challenging is that the pricing structure changes every year, this being said, shorthand has always been willing to help and find a plan to suit our NGO budget. Recommendations to others considering Shorthand:

What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have moved our Annual Report to Shorthand which has been amazing and a really engaging way to engage our supporters. More recently we are using it for more digital assets that we are needing to be more engaging and something different for people for are being bombarded with NGO asks.
