What do you like best about Shorthand?

I emailed Shorthand's customer support team after I had accidentally deleted a large chunk of work from my dissertation. I received a reply from Alex Marshall , a member of the team who replied within an hour and had restored my work to the best of their ability the next day. They were kind, understanding and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shorthand?

That I deleted the work in the first place! I can't fault Shorthand's response, I got the sense that they would do everything possible to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?
