What do you dislike about Shorthand?

If you asked me a few weeks ago, I would say I dislike the limited tools and options. But recently, they've been adding more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shorthand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to engage users who read our straight forward text-only stories. Shorthand has greatly improved our storytelling techniques which resulted in greater readership and online traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
