What do you like best about ShopSynq?

ShopSynq AI Improved workflow efficiency in my automotive repair shop exponentially. It allows me to keep track of jobs, invoices, customers, and inventory like never before, helped improve my customer service, and efficiency in a way that I didn't think was possible and allows me to really hone in on my revenue metrics with advanced reporting features. What do you dislike about ShopSynq?

The only real downside to shopsynq ai is that the mobile version works incredibly well, but is slightly slower to work on than desktop just because of how the UI is sized, I use it everyday while I am actually in the bay, but I have to zoom in and out a lot on a phone to use all functions. Not really an issue because it saves more time that walking back and forth to a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
