What do you like best about ShopPad?

I am able to change and mask the origin of my items until it departs a certain port of origin or reaches a certain destination. It is also very easy and simple to install on my site with just a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopPad?

Nothing much. Sometimes the tracking doesn't update very well, and customers will reach out to me to ask what is wrong. However this is a shipping issue that ShopPad might not be able to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShopPad:

What problems is ShopPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am currently dropshipping to people in the states, and it's not very nice to show your customers where the source of your product is. Conventional tracking shipping methods will show the tracking info from the origin, which could cause your customers to ask for refunds. ShopPad solves this problem as not only can the tracking be done on my website, I am able to mask the origin of my items so it solves this problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
