I like all the things ShopLinx offers, especially the automation it provides at a fabulous cost. The Shopify direct integration and how it connects with Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp all in one place is great. It directly connects my business into a single place, like managing orders on Shopify and all chats in one place. I also appreciate the ShopLinx customer support; they have fabulous time replies. I find the meta template validations to be a pain because there are way too many unnecessary validations, which Meta itself doesn't even require. Also, the Meta commerce manager isn't functioning properly. Plus, they roll out features that haven't been adequately tested.
