What do you like best about ShopLinx?

I like that ShopLinx is connected with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify. They have their own inventory mechanism, so my Shopify store's inventory gets connected seamlessly. I appreciate being able to automate replies on Instagram and bring customers back to WhatsApp, where I can connect them to my Shopify store for orders. The data gets synced to ShopLinx, allowing me to use customer data for sending more targeted marketing messages. I also enjoy the automations available for Facebook. Another aspect I appreciate is that ShopLinx doesn't charge a markup fee on messages like some other platforms I've used. Additionally, the CRM offer in the beta version is pretty good, and the setup was quite easy, taking just a day with the necessary documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use ShopLinx for WhatsApp marketing. It lets me send verified broadcasts, track message delivery, and segment targets for re-broadcast. Integrating with Instagram and Facebook automates replies, directing customers to WhatsApp and my Shopify store, boosting engagement. Plus, there's no markup on message fees.
