I like how easy it is to share products with their prices and choose a theme, and how attractive the site looks to customers. The payment gateway and delivery partner integrations are easy to set up. Shoopy is simple to understand and operate, and I like its user-friendly interface. Customer service is very good: they resolve issues quickly and give me an exact time frame if something needs longer. I also find the WhatsApp and chatbot integrations helpful for orders. The prices are very low, and the features are much better than those of other competitors. Setup was very easy, and it took only a few minutes to launch my website.
