What do you like best about Shipturtle?

The team, without question. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. That level of support is rare and it is the main reason we would recommend them. On the product side, it does the things Shopify itself will not do, and it does them without needing a developer. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all handled in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements that we did not expect an off-the-shelf app to manage. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper multi-vendor marketplace, it covers the whole operation rather than just one piece of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipturtle?

What problems is Shipturtle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify is built for a single merchant. It has no native concept of a vendor, so out of the box there is no way to give suppliers their own accounts, split an order between them, work out what each one is owed, or let them manage their own fulfilment. Building that yourself means custom development and then maintaining it forever. Shipturtle fills that gap. Suppliers get their own login and handle their own orders and shipping labels, commission is calculated per order against rules we set, and payouts and invoicing are generated automatically instead of being tracked in spreadsheets. The benefit is that adding a supplier no longer adds admin. Onboarding, reconciliation and paying out scale with the platform rather than with our own time, which is the difference between a marketplace we can actually grow and one that would have buckled under manual reconciliation long before it got anywhere.
