What do you like best about ShipStation?

Shipstation has been one of the awesome wins with our small business. It saves us hours on shipping time and it is reliable and keeps records of everything. The ability to run through dozens of orders and get shipping labels printed for them so rapidly is honestly priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

Very occasionally, there will be small buggy issues where it's a bit unresponsive for a short time, but we have NEVER had it fail us. A quick restart of the computer or a refresh of the page has always solved the issue. It's probably a problem on our end, anyway and like I said. It's never let us down and even in these instances still been so much quicker than anything else we could be doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Printing shipping labels can be time consuming for small businesses. Ship station has streamline this down to a fine art. It allows for bulk updates on batches and then for one to go through and put in any custom changes to individual packages one by one very rapidly from there and then go back through and print the entire batch at one time. Because everything can be set up to populate straight into Shipstation from our shopping cart, we never have to type in an address. It notifies us if there's any concerns with an address and helps let us know when we've got them resolved. It literally saves us hours of work per week for all the labels we would be having to type in by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
