What do you like best about ShipStation?

I use ShipStation for my Amazon and Ebay stores and I could not live without it. It makes shipping such a breeze and I can keep track of my shipping costs (not possible using Amazon as they deduct from your proceeds) . Love the ease of use. Love being able to research past tracking and orders. Overall just a fantastic shipping service!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

Not the best customer service as the chat is not very useful as far as I am concerned. Need better support for issues and problems with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

All shipping needs are solved for me using ShipStation but especially being able to keep track of my shipping costs ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
