ShipStation greatly simplifies the process of getting packages out the door. I haven't had to go to the counter at a post office or other carrier facility for almost 10 years! I only ship packages about 5-8 times per month, and every time I'm glad I can just click a few buttons on my own computer and have a prepaid label ready to go. The main hiccup I have with ShipStation concern address book management, and that's partly due to my circumstances. I have one customer that does work at three different locations, and if I enter his email for shipping notifications, sometimes the software combines or otherwise modifies multiple address book entries together. I think the back end assumes each entry should have a unique email address, but that's not always the case. I've also sometimes had trouble getting the ShipStation Connect to correctly auto-print labels on my desktop, but I think that's an issue with my internet connection rather than the platform. The fact that I haven't needed the post office counter in a decade is an immeasurable benefit. Back when I did labels by hand or had to wait for a cashier to do them for me, it was always annoying and time-consuming.
