What do you like best about ShipStation?

Integrating with other platforms via API is fairly straight forward. Making filters and automation rules is also very useful for making sure we can sort out our orders properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

It's not as responsive as it used to be - if you are attempting to sort 500+ orders, and decide to add one more filter, the entire page may just refresh in rejection of the command input. Basically - it's finnicky at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipStation allows us to integrate with our IMS/WMS in order to create a fairly seamless process from A to Z for e-commerce shipping. There are many other competitors out there, but after having used ShipStation for a decade, I'm pretty used to the UI at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
