"ShipHero: Streamlined, Customizable, and Efficient"

What do you like best about ShipHero?

I love that the pick and packing process in ShipHero is super streamlined, making it easier to hire people because there's not much training needed since everything is straightforward on the app. I also love how clients have their own portal and can see their inventory live. The billing feature was one of the main reasons I switched to ShipHero, as it automatically creates bills for clients. The team at ShipHero is phenomenal, and after trying many WMS, I found this one to be the easiest to use. I love the adaptability, where you can set up things as you want them to fit your process. Once set up properly, ShipHero allows me to ship more orders than other WMS systems. ShipHero also saves us from hiring three more people. For me, the initial setup was very easy, and I was up and running in two days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipHero?

I have to use extra SaaS for returns as it's not very good on ShipHero, and also for billing payments (wallet). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipHero streamlines the pick and packing process, making it easy to train new hires. Clients have their own portal to view live inventory, and billing is automatic.
