What do you like best about Shipedge?

Shipedge is an incredibly user-friendly platform. Navigation is intuitive and the prepopulated reporting library is extensive. The highest value benefit for me though, is the Shipedge support assets. Shipedge support is responsive and collaborative, they have been a joy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

The only slight downside to shipedge is that the platform is so extensive in its capabilities that full training prior to go live is nearly impossible. Training and familiarization with the system will be an ongoing process out of necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipedge allows us to expand our offerings to our current and future client base. We have become exponentially more marketable after implementing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
