As someone working in advertising, what I like best about Shimo Office is how its real-time collaborative documents and spreadsheets keep my whole team aligned on campaign briefs and media plans. The cloud-based editing means I can co-author proposals with account managers and designers simultaneously without version-control headaches. The templates for tables and presentations save me a lot of time when putting together pitch decks, and the interface is clean and intuitive enough that new team members pick it up quickly. My main gripe is that the integrations with third-party advertising tools are still limited compared to bigger office suites, so I sometimes have to export data manually into our ad platforms and analytics dashboards. The mobile app occasionally lags when opening large spreadsheets, and offline editing can be a bit unreliable when syncing back online. I'd also love to see more advanced formatting and chart options for client-facing reports, and the onboarding documentation could be more thorough for advanced features.
