Some aspects that could be improved include system speed, user interface usability, workflows could be more intuitive and enhance reporting customization or clearer in-platform guidance would further improve the experience. Regarding system speed performance, could be improved during peak usage times as some actions like loading schedules, bookings, switching views or saving changes become slower during that period, reducing click for common tasks and adding in-app guidance.
