Shiftlogic provided a valuable system audit of our current CPQ and future Billing implementation, a solid ground to build our Quote-to-Cash processes as a SaaS B2B company.

After an unstable period in the billing implementation, the Shiftlogic team has teamed up at all levels with our internal teams to address the most urgent issues effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about shiftlogic.io?

The Quote-to-Cash technology is expanding these days, and it's necessary to keep the pace with addons & 3rd party apps that can be combine with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering shiftlogic.io:

It's a deal-breaker for any company implemeting Salesforce Revenue Cloud to have an internal Salesforce team with specialist who can learn, build and expand the features along with Shiftlogic (or any other partners). The knowledge must be kept inside the organisation, because the Quote-to-Cash processes will evolve every day, and we must fly solo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
