It fixes my inventory chaos problem because the system syncs stock levels in real time and automatically takes items down when they're out of stock, so no more manual updates or awkward overselling issues. I use the official Instagram/Facebook Shop tools with Shift4Shop to sync my product listings straight to social media, and customers can shop right from my social posts, which makes social selling super easy. Also, the basic store setup was fast, and the import tool was intuitive once I figured out the right file format. Plus, I've researched a few tools first and liked that Shift4Shop had all the core features I needed with no hidden charges. I'd rate it a 9/10! The built-in payments, SEO tools, and inventory sync work like a charm. **What do you dislike about Shift4Shop?** The page loading speed is pretty sluggish occasionally, it’s really annoying and I’m always worried about losing customers who hate waiting. The search function for finding orders isn't great - doesn't search comments on the orders etc. **What problems is Shift4Shop solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow us to have multiple "types" of customers and let customers check out themselves with a purchase order/invoice. Most schools and larger organizations do orders this way so it reduces our manpower to let the customer fill it out without needing to talk to a rep. ### 8. It used to be easy to work with for both larger (even multi-store) sites and small stores. Now only a handful of pre-made templates to choose from. Still fairly easy to modify the look and feel of your stores or go completely custom. Many built-in features with options to add more from third-party developers. **What do you dislike about Shift4Shop?** Doesn't integrate with all order management companies. Everything is now an upcharge. I made the mistake of paying yearly. They will not work with you if you have to cancel their service. Absolutely will not refund. **Recommendations to others considering Shift4Shop:** 3Dcart is great for small stores with plenty of room to grow. Built in inventory management. Easily integrates with Quickbooks and other order fulfillment software. Makes selling on third party market websites easy. **What problems is Shift4Shop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for small companies just starting out in eCommerce. One monthly fee (flexible to meet your current needs).
