The best thing I like about Shift Planning for Successfactors is that it allows planning shifts depending on the different requirements of the users. It can give flexibility to plan different shifts for each day of the year and it can be assigned to each employee according to the requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike in Shift Planning that it lacks API support for planning the shifts. It has great API support for fetching the data but if this configuration can be done through APIs then it would be a great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
