What do you like best about SHIELD Suite?

The modules all mirror each other with regards to use and configuration. There is a tremendous amount of administrative customization available to the customer that can let you tweak this to exactly what you need. Plus, the Early Warning system is a huge plus. What do you dislike about SHIELD Suite?

So far the one dislike is there are a couple of fields I feel should link between modules to reduce data entry, but I've spoken to our rep and it's actually been submitted as an enhancement request so I'm not sure it's even a dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SHIELD Suite:

If you are considering this, let them give you the demo. You cannot truly get an understanding of all of the modules and how they can be leveraged without seeing them for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
