"SharpCloud: Flexible, Configurable Roadmapping with Easy Integrations and Excellent Support"

What do you like best about SharpCloud?

It’s a very flexible, interactive, and collaborative platform. I’ve been using it for over 17 years across multiple industries and use cases. The UI/UX is highly configurable and can be aligned to your business processes, which makes it very intuitive for users. Integration with other line-of-business systems is also very easy. There are several data connectors that are ready to use immediately, with +200 data connecters available as well as the SDK. Its ability to integrate multiple Stories/Roadmaps to share data increase business collaboration, efficiency and productivity. System performance is really good for visualisations and rendering of data, depending on data set and number of relationships. Getting support has always been excellent - typically a response within hours and issues resolved quickly depending on urgency and complexity. The new AI POLI tool is a game changer when integrating your roadmaps to gain insights and support decision making. Excellent for doing what if scenarios! There are three different user pricing which are aligned to user roles and responsibilities. As a creator the problems I can solve and value I deliver far out weigh the cost of the license. What do you dislike about SharpCloud?

If you’re new to using SharpCloud, it can take a little while to get up and running. However, there are templates and accelerator solutions you can use to put SharpCloud to work almost immediately and reduce time to value. Since you can do so much with it, it’s important to manage the scope of your use cases so you don’t take too long to deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SharpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work with large international businesses (10k+ people) across multiple sectors—for example, Aero Defence, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, A&E, and NGOs—often spread across multiple locations. This setup tends to create organisational and data silos. Typical use cases include integrated Strategy and Technology Roadmapping, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Risk Management, and Business Continuity Planning. More specific use cases include FDA 210/211/11 compliance and ISO 44001 collaboration. These user cases solve: Strategic Misalignment — Strategies, investments, capabilities, technologies and projects are disconnected. Siloed People, Processes and Data — Teams work independently using fragmented spreadsheets, systems and information. Poor Decision-Making and Visibility — Leaders cannot easily see the impact of changes, competing priorities or emerging risks. Inefficient Resource Allocation and Investment — Resources and funding are committed without clear visibility of demand, capacity, dependencies or strategic value.
