The service is a very reliable and easy to use, Support is super prompt and very helpful. As a company they were super responsive to my many questions and involved the correct individuals in answering those questions. Our initial implementation was extremely easy, with white glove support for a couple of our more advanced use cases. Sharetru is used extensively by many of our staff members, many of our customers and I am even in there several times a day. Sharetru is feature rich, when we have had to integrate with other platforms and services the process is very straightforward. We love Sharetru, it is an awesome product!
