What do you like best about Sharetribe?

You can count on reactive, real human expertise whenever you message Sharetribe directly from your backoffice, where you manage your entire marketplace seamlessly. You get immediate access to knowledgeable experts who genuinely understand the realities of running a business, and that's priceless. As a founder navigating a highly seasonal market, we recently faced a tough bottleneck and needed to temporarily scale back our operations to protect our resources before the peak season picked back up. The Sharetribe support team stepped in immediately, offering personalized guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all response. They walked us through a flexible solution, keeping all of our data, layout, and hard work completely safe and intact until we are ready to scale back up. What do you dislike about Sharetribe?

Keeping all your active data, listings, and layout completely safe has a price. While a $49/mo fee to hold a marketplace can feel a bit expensive when your operations are temporarily paused, it is fair and expected given the infrastructure they maintain. What problems is Sharetribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharetribe provides an out-of-the-box marketplace architecture that gives us complete control over our layout and operational data. In my opinion, it is the best marketplace engine on the market—cleverly leveraging AI and MCP while providing a powerful frontend template. I think their biggest benefit is the flexibility of this backend engine and the evolution they are constantly delivering.
