What do you like best about Shaman?
Streamlines creation of CLM and Approved Email in Veeva CRM. The UI/UX is straightforward and the direct integration with Medcomms Vault make the process much simpler. Shaman provides excellent onboarding configuration and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Shaman?
Toughest part is getting the configuration right between Shaman, Vault, and CRM, but Shaman has excellent expertise in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
