I like that Shaligram Infotech develops our rewards platform and handles all ongoing adjustments and upgrades effectively. They have a great general communication style and are always willing to try things out, delivering what we have in mind even with complex briefs. Their timing is right on target for most projects, and they communicate well if there are delays. I appreciate their willingness to come and visit us on-site for regular check-ins and reviews. Their ability to quickly add new reports or make changes to the rewards platform without issues is impressive. When they redesigned our rewards platform a few years ago, they also produced an app from scratch that matched what we envisioned, which was really impressive.
