What I liked best was the combination of technical expertise and responsiveness. Ian communicated clearly throughout the project, anticipated potential issues before they became problems, and made what could have been a complex migration feel straightforward. I didn't have any significant complaints. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be providing a brief post-project summary or checklist documenting the final configuration and any recommendations for future maintenance.
