There's a lot of great features which makes life a lot easier for IT to manage and assign assets, such as automatic assignment of laptops depending on who last logged in, the support is top class, if there's any issues they are resolved quickly with full communication. There were some issues with importing data from 3rd parties, however they have been fixed. It would be nice if there was a mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
