**What do you like best about session buddy?**

Nothing anymore, it doesn't work since they overhauled it back in 2021/22.

**What do you dislike about session buddy?**

So they ignore my emails, they block my posts on their google groups & it doesn't work.

Did it work before they re-created the entire extension in 2022, I think it was?

Yes it did for the most part. It always found what I needed or told me it wasn't there. 

Now it finds something maybe 1% of the time & the rest of the time it just gives me tons of results that have zero to do with what I searched for. IT'S GARBAGE and the fact that I get no customer service speaks volumes. 

I've been using it for at least 6-10 years I think.

Just terrible!

**What problems is session buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's no longer solving any problem, it's causing me problems and stressing me out.
