The service runs as fast as it can but the speed is limited by the Netsuite SOAP API. Looking forward to the next version when they release the REST API connection. The way the schedules and configurations are setup is a little confusing but once you set it up for the most part it just works. Pricing is reasonable for how many different objects it has to download having our Netsuite data locally makes internal reporting well worth the money. The support team is excellent. The primary contact Martha always responds quickly and because we always have the same point person she has a good history of what we have done and when. They have helped us through several issues including setting us up to run 2 versions of the software at no extra cost. They have been great to work with. **What do you dislike about Sesame Software?** There have been a few outages of their licensing manager, and I would like to see a local license or a temporary local license to fallback to in the case of an outage. **What problems is Sesame Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data syncing for and local back up for Netsuite Data ### 2. We selected Sesame Software to support this initiative, and the experience was exceptional. Despite a tight project timeline, the Sesame Software team went above and beyond to allocate the necessary resources and ensure the work was completed on schedule and within budget. We also engaged them for several additional database lookup requests, and once again, they demonstrated strong responsiveness and delivered high quality results. Our internal teams were very pleased with both the accuracy of the data and the level of service provided. Sesame Software has proven to be a highly professional and collaborative partner. Based on our experience, we will certainly consider them for future legacy system retirements where data migration and archival solutions are required. **What do you dislike about Sesame Software?** There was nothing I disliked about Sesame Software. Also, the customer support is another positive as the team is very responsive and available to help, if needed. **What do you dislike about Sesame Software?** The current documentation has all details but it can be made better to allow users to search key functionalities and Q/A. **What problems is Sesame Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RJ to synchronize, transform, and load data to and from our CRM platform, as well as to archive historical data. This approach ensures our data remains current, and we no longer need to be concerned about finding a separate data archival solution since it is all integrated. ### 7. Job creation is very modular, so we can add and remove steps easily to jobs on the fly if needed. Jobs can be simple 1-2 steps, or very complex jobs with many complex steps. Sync is mostly hands off and we will go months without having to log into the server or application for any kind of issues. When we do have issues, support is quick to respond and usually resolve issues within a single 1 hr session. **What do you dislike about Sesame Software?** If SQL goes down for maintenance or other reasons, the jobs don't recover well, although we are using an older version and this has been updated in the latest version. **What problems is Sesame Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bi-directional ETL and data replication for Salesforce. ### 9.
