"Netsuite to SQL Backups - Solid Support"

What do you like best about Sesame Software?

We use Sesame Software to integrate our Netsuite intsance and backup our data to our local SQL Server.

The service runs as fast as it can but the speed is limited by the Netsuite SOAP API. Looking forward to the next version when they release the REST API connection.

The way the schedules and configurations are setup is a little confusing but once you set it up for the most part it just works.

Pricing is reasonable for how many different objects it has to download having our Netsuite data locally makes internal reporting well worth the money.

The support team is excellent. The primary contact Martha always responds quickly and because we always have the same point person she has a good history of what we have done and when. They have helped us through several issues including setting us up to run 2 versions of the software at no extra cost. They have been great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sesame Software?

There have been a few outages of their licensing manager, and I would like to see a local license or a temporary local license to fallback to in the case of an outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
