What do you like best about ServiceRocket?

This review is specifically for Nico, he has been a great help and offered solutions that I did not think of when I stated my requirements/requests in the first place. He went above and beyond, and showed that he cared about my project just as if it were his own. His feedback and ideas were very much appreciated and my team uses the workflows that he helped create to this day. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. What problems is ServiceRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had little experience with Atlassian as it was handed off to me from a team member who left our organization and I had no clue what I wanted to do or how I wanted to structure our JIRA/Confluence instance, and ServiceRocket reached out first to assist and walk me through everything.
