What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Asset Management?

What I like, best about ServiceNowIT asset management is that it gives us one place to track assets and their related information. From a vulnerability management operations point of view, it helps when we are checking an asset, finding the right ownership or context and following the work through the ticket until closure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow IT Asset Management?

What I dislike is that sometimes the process can feel a bit manual and time consuming, especially when working through multiple tickets and keeping the information updated. I feel some of the repetitive vulnerability management operations work could be more automated to make overall process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow IT Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, ServiceNow helps solve the problem of tracking requests, ownership and work in one place in vulnerability management operations. It helps me manage security related tickets. Keep track of Request status communicate with the Request and make sure the work is properly followed through closure. The main benefit for me is better tracking and less chance of missing a request, especially when I am handling multiple vulnerability management operations activities at the same time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
