What I liked most about ServiceNow IT Asset Management is that it keeps all asset information organized in one place and makes it much easier to track assets throughout their entire lifecycle. It helped teams monitor how assets are being used, manage inventory more effectively, cut down on manual work, and make more informed decisions about upgrades and replacements. The user-friendly interface, along with its integration into other IT workflows, also makes day-to-day asset management smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I disliked is that the interface can feel a bit complicated when you’re new to the platform. Some tasks require you to click through multiple menus, and the initial setup and customization can take a while to figure out. Reports can also be slow, especially when you’re working with large amounts of data. Overall, the tool is useful, but it would be a better experience if it were simpler and more intuitive.
